PCSadda is built to help you prepare, not to harvest your data. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We don't sell your data and we don't run ads.
What we collect
- Account details from Google sign-in — your name, email address, and profile picture. We never see or store your Google password.
- Your activity on PCSadda — questions you attempt, save, and your mock-test results — so we can show your progress and personalise practice.
- Anything you send us — your name, email, and message when you use the contact form or write to us.
- If you choose to connect Telegram for the digest, a read-only, encrypted session token. We only read the channels you pick.
How we use it
- To provide and run the service — show questions, save your work, generate mocks and digests.
- To personalise your practice based on what you've attempted.
- To reply to your messages and improve PCSadda.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not show third-party ads. We do not post anything on your behalf.
The Telegram digest
Connecting Telegram is optional. When connected, PCSadda only reads the channels you select to build your digest. It never posts, never joins channels, and never touches your contacts. The session is encrypted, and you can disconnect in one tap at any time.
Cookies & sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Services we rely on
- Google — for sign-in (OAuth).
- Cloudinary — for hosting images.
- Our hosting and email providers — to run the site and send you a reply when needed.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us — we'll action it within a reasonable period.
Children
PCSadda is intended for civil-service aspirants and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product grows. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
